Terms & Conditions

  1. Participants must submit accurate information with original artwork.
  2. Entries accepted only after receipt of the entry fee.
  3. VISTA may approve or reject entries after verification.
  4. Entry fees are non-refundable.
  5. Incorrect information may lead to disqualification.
  6. Approved artwork images may be used for promotion.
  7. Multiple entries require separate fees.
  8. Artists handle transportation and logistics of artworks.
  9. Sold artwork before exhibition will be disqualified.
  10. 30% of exhibition sales proceeds donated to VISTA.
  11. All artwork sales facilitated exclusively by VISTA.
  12. Artists bear accommodation and travel costs.
  13. Participation implies full acceptance of terms.
