MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION & SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

All submitted manuscripts must align with the central theme of the VISTA International Conference and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Full Paper Requirements

  • The full paper must not exceed 14 pages, including title, authors' details, affiliations, keywords, and references.
  • Authors must ensure that the manuscript is thoroughly proofread and free from grammatical and typographical errors.
  • The manuscript must be prepared using the official Full Paper Template available on the conference website.
  • Submissions must be made via the CMT platform from the corresponding author's registered email address.
  • The paper must be submitted in MS Word format (DOC/DOCX only).
  • The work must be original and unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • The similarity index must be below 10%.

PEER REVIEW & DECISION PROCESS

All manuscripts with a similarity score below 10% will undergo a double-blind peer review conducted by the VISTA Technical Program Committee and domain experts.

Editorial Decisions

Based on reviewers' recommendations, authors will receive one of the following decisions:

  • Accepted – The paper will be considered for journal publication or inclusion in the VISTA Conference Proceedings (ISBN).
  • Accepted with Minor Revisions – Authors must revise and resubmit as per reviewers' comments.
  • Revision Required – Substantial changes needed before reconsideration.
  • Rejected – The paper does not meet the academic or thematic requirements.

All communication regarding the review process will be conducted via email. Authors are advised to check their registered email regularly.

PRESENTATION & PARTICIPATION POLICIES

  • At least one author must register for each accepted paper.
  • Only registered and presenting authors will receive certificates.
  • Only presented papers will be processed for publication.
  • An individual may not present more than two papers at the conference.
  • Each paper may include a maximum of six authors.

REVIEW OUTCOMES FOR PRESENTATION

Following peer review, submissions will be categorised as:

  • Accepted for Oral Presentation
  • Accepted with Minor Corrections for Oral Presentation
  • Rejected

PUBLICATION ETHICS & COPE COMPLIANCE

VISTA International Conference strictly adheres to the ethical principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Plagiarism, duplicate submissions, data fabrication, or any form of academic misconduct will result in immediate rejection.

  • Await acceptance notification.
  • Upload the full paper upon abstract acceptance.
  • Complete registration and submit payment.
  • Upload required documents and confirmation details.

  • Official confirmation with session details will be emailed after verification.
  • Selected papers may be recommended for Scopus-indexed journals.
  • Remaining accepted papers will appear in the VISTA Conference Proceedings with an ISBN.
  • Journal APCs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the authors.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Registration includes an e-certificate and digital proceedings.
  • All fees are non-refundable.
  • Similarity index must remain below 10% for both proceedings and journal consideration.
  • Scopus indexing is subject to journal evaluation and not guaranteed.
  • Required documents: Payment receipt, Copyright & Originality Certificate, and Institutional ID.
